To achieve the best results with your Roobi Laundry Sheets, begin by placing your clothes in the washing machine. Add the detergent strip directly on top of the load. Tailor the number of sheets used according to the size and soil level of your laundry:
- 1 strip is sufficient for a regular load of about 5KG of lightly soiled laundry.
- 2 strips are recommended for moderately soiled clothes to enhance cleaning power.
- 3 strips are best suited for heavy loads, such as bedding and towels, to ensure thorough cleanliness.
Each strip is formulated to perform as well as one cup of liquid detergent or a single-use pod, offering a hassle-free and precise dose without any mess. Designed for complete dissolution in water, Roobi's Laundry Sheets leave no residue on your fabrics or in the machine, making them an environmentally responsible choice by reducing waste and avoiding the mess typical of liquid detergents.
Roobi's Laundry Sheets are designed for safe and effective use on a wide range of fabrics, from the most delicate silks to robust cotton denims. They are formulated to clean gently yet thoroughly, providing an eco-friendly alternative to traditional detergents. Free from harsh chemicals, these sheets are an excellent choice for eco-conscious households. As with any new laundry product, if you are concerned about treating particular delicate items, we recommend washing a single item or a smaller load initially to confirm your satisfaction with the results. Should you have further questions or need guidance, our customer service team is readily available to assist you.
I’m very pleased with Roobi Laundry Sheets in Linen Breeze scent. These sheets come in 8” x 6” x 3” cardboard box. This small and lightweight box takes very little space in my laundry room and is mess free. One sheet measures approximately 7” x 4.5” and has a perforation line in a middle, which makes using half sheets easy and eliminates product waste. The sheets have a fairly strong scent in the box but the scent doesn’t linger on the washed clothes. Compared to being washed with unscented detergent my clothes have a slight scent but it isn’t a strong scent. This is exactly what I want for my clothes but if you prefer your clothes to have a strong scent this might not be the product for you.The sheets dissolve completely in all water temperatures. I have a top loading washer. I start the cycle and once there’s some water in the washer I add the sheet (or sheets depending on the load size). Once the sheets dissolve (it happens fast) I add the clothes. I have not seen any residue on the clothes while using this method. Also, there have been no negative skin effects for any member of my family, including kids.
Loving these Roobie liquidless laundry detergent sheets. They dissolve into soap in the tub and clean the laundry nicely. These work well in my GE machine. You just load your laundry in the bottom and then place the sheets on top where the water flows down and they suds up and dissolve. For front loaders you just toss the sheets in on top also. I love the scent. It’s a light clean scent. Very settle after the clothes come out of the dryer you can’t really smell the scent on the clothes anymore.
Bottom-line.I like these laundry sheets. They take considerably less space, but at 128 loads, do not decrease the value I would receive from a concentrated liquid. However, where they fail is that I cannot pretreat the stained area with a sheet. I could soak, but the last thing I want is a bucket, with or without a lid, taking up real estate in the laundry room. So, I am still Using Liquids or sticks to pretreat. I think including a laundry stick, to pretreat stains, would be a nice bonus. How these were presented. The presentation of these laundry sheets is unique and innovative, to some degree. They arrived in a rectangular box, rather than an envelope, and the box has a slide out tray, wherein lay the laundry sheets. The colorful retail box measures 8” x 6” x 2¾” and weighs in at about 456 grams, which is about a pound. I slide the tray out – it’s a tad awkward, I would suggest a tab in the future, to pull, to slide the tray our, at the top of the box. Once the tray is slid out, therein are the laundry sheets. There are two (2) sheets in a strip, which is 6¾” x 4¾” in size, so, each sheet is half that size, so, about, 3.375” x 2.375”. The listing suggested each laundry strip, which is two (2) sheets, weighs 5 grams. However, I measure a strip weighs in at about 6 grams, so, each sheet weighs in at 3 grams. [Each strip has a perforation in the middle, for easy separating.] The question I have is do I consider the two (2) halves a single sheet or each half a sheet? I really am not that certain, based on the limited information on the packaging, and for me, that’s a negative. The aroma of each sheet is a tad on the heavy floral and citrus soap kind of smell. The fragrance that I could discern is not objectionable. The sheets are described as being a linen breeze aroma. The sheets are reported as being highly concentrated. From the aroma, I would agree. However, even after doubling-up the sheets used, I just did not see any impressive results. Compounding is that the clothes suggested being fresh, however they really did not have a significant enough aroma, real or imagined, of the scent. Sorry, that’s another negative for me.How many sheets?Reading the instructions suggest that the laundry sheets, the two (2) halves, are a full sheet, and taking a half sheet, from the perforated line, is a load. Now, the package suggests there are 128 load per box. However, the box only has 64 sheets. Therefore, a load is a half sheet. The instructions suggest (3) or (4) pieces of clothes would take a half sheet, and if there are more clothes, toss in a sheet or two? If I tossed in two (2) full sheets, that’s the equivalent of four (4) loads of clothes. Which, therefore, suggests to me, that realistically, I am “not” going to get 128 loads of clothes washing out of this box. Rather, being in an above average sized family, I am going to use a disproportionate amount of laundry sheets. The sheets are cute and all, however, it appears that for my big loads, which I do often, over 6 kilos, I am guessing that I am to add three (3) laundry sheets. So, that would be six (6) half sheets. That’s a lot of sheets. Maybe that’s why the lack of impressive results, and therein lies the problem, guessing does “not” happen with my liquids or laundry packs.Manufacture date?Looks to be January 2024Best by date?None on the box, however, the shelf life is noted to be two (2) years, so that would take the life to January 2026.Date received ?April 2024.What about HE washes machines?I use a HE washer. Is the sheet count different? From what I gather, no.ValueThe price, with a recent sale, at under $20 is competitive with my other laundry sheets and liquids, however, the results not that impressive.Scents? On occasion, I prefer light scents, and that is what this has. [There is no accounting for aroma, so it’s up to the individual beholder to decide about the fragrance.]Skin reactions?None.Thoughts? These sheets are part of a category which focuses on an interest in sustainability, environment, vegan, and carbon neutral. No direct pre-soak option with sheetsTo test, I had clothes with various stains, blood, food stains, salad oil, chocolate, coffee, dirt, and grass. I know these stains are hard to remove. Now the problem with these sheets, is that I cannot put detergent directly on the stain, to soak in. I washed in cold water, normal cycle, cold water, maximum spin, and extra heavy action. I think the results run of the mill. Normally, I pretreat. But I wanted to see what would happen. The stains were still there, just lighter. I think for a non-stained wash, these are competitive, but I am not tossing out the liquid detergent at this time.Country of origin?Made in ChinaThoughtsAre these perfect? No. But, I like the idea of no plastic, no space hogging bottles, and the other mentioned factors, like value, but these are similar in price to other sheets. So, nothing really saved these sheets from being better than a four (4) star rating in my opin...
This set of 64 perforated laundry detergent sheets clean well and smell nice. On the front of the box it says 128 loads, but there are not 128 sheets. If you look at the back of the box it says that you use 1/2 of a sheet for 3 to 4 pieces of clothing (giving you 128 loads if you use 1/2 sheet per load). It also says that you use 1 sheet per machine load (giving you 64 loads per box). If the load is heavily soiled it says to use 2 sheets. The laundry detergent sheet dissolved quickly and completely in the wash machine (placing it on top of blanket under water flow), and the blanket came out nice and clean. I did not notice a strong scent from the laundry sheet on the blanket when removed from the washer, just a nice clean smell.I like the idea of not using plastic containers and having a more concentrated product that is also great for travel.I took a star off because I feel that the packaging is a little misleading and for how much wash the amount in the box actually does, I feel a price point of $36 is a bit high.
These laundry sheets are so easy to use and they smell great. The added bonus is they reduce waste and are better for the environment.
These laundry detergent sheets are convenient, dissolved quickly and are easy to use. I did a load of laundry first thing this morning using these laundry sheets. The laundry load was a medium one, so I used a single sheet; per the instructions on the box. The sheets have a pleasant light scent. After the wash cycle the clothes seemed clean and there was not any residue from the laundry sheets. A very good, easy to use, product.
What a mistake and waste of money. The scent of so perfumey, heavy and cloying. I was hoping for a safe scent to have on my sheets at my wellness practice because of all the scent allergies clients have. I even tried using a scent amount and the intense perfume smell is there. No thank you.
I've been using these for over a year, they dissolve completely in the washer, the last forever and they are sustainable. Can't say that the scent sticks to the clothes though, I need to use the beeds from the same brand to give my laundry a scent boost. It is a bit pricey but easy to use and haven't caused any irritation ever.
Love this scent and these work great!https://amzn.to/4dD4qrE
Great product that smells amazing. TBH I only use 1/10th of recommended and it does the trick. Like 20 beads is all you need (same goes for all these scent beads/booster products imo). This one is just especially nice because it’s made with better ingredients
Magical Scent
Love the scent but it has “fragrance” in it so unfortunately I won’t be able to order again. If they make a scent with all clean ingredients I will definitely give it a try.
Contains fragrance. Looks clean, but it isn’t when you include fragrance. I did ask them if they could explain this and they wrote back that the ingredients were proprietary. Disappointed although it smells good. But if you are looking for something totally clean, this is not it.
Smells great! We love it!
Worked well, smelled amazing. Totally dissolved instantly in soap dispenser. Nice natural ingredients, clothes stayed fresh.
I really love these scent booster beads. i really like all roobi products honestly- they clean well and smell well. they unfortunately do not dissolve in cold water, but havent had any problem in slightly warmer water. this is my staple now- dont see the need to find anything else. i do wish it would dissolve in cold water though
I love this stuff!
Smells so good. Love the clan ingredients
These scent boosters smell great and are long lasting. I highly recommend these.
Somehow my toddler and I were allergic to this. This product made me sneeze a lot after use, and my baby broke out in a rash around her mouth and cheeks. Once I rewashed all her clothes, the rash went away. Giving two stars because the rest of my family were fine, so maybe it’s just something my baby and I are allergic to.
Love the product. Great smell, just too pricey.
Great scent, and easy to use with any scent free detergent. Lasted for 3-4 months depending on wash amount.
Ok these smell so good! Plus they are cheaper than the big brands. I’ll be buying these now over the unstoppables.
