Cannot even read the directions on bottle. Print waaaay too small and can’t read white on orange!

The Roobi Keurig Compatible Eco Descaling Solution & Cleaner seems to work.The machine doesn't seem to have too much accumulation at the start, but this is maintenance to keep the machine cleaner and running well.However, based on the warnings, do feel more comfortable running a couple of water cycles after for comfort before using it for consumption.

Before pouring in the Roobi descaling liquid, I collected a water sample on my machine. And it was dark. So I poured the whole bottle(1 bottle) of the descaling liquid. And cyle it thru…in just 1 cycle you can see the difference. Until the final cycle/rinse. The water is lighter now. I highly recommend this product for your Keurig Coffee Machine.

How do you know if this is working inside the machine where you can’t see it?Well, I used an electric kettle that I make tea in. It was pretty stained when I started this test.I started with ½ a bottle of the descaler per the instructions. It did a fair job on the first try but left tea stains behind. Now this is different from the scale that builds up inside your Keurig, but a fair test to see.I added the other ½ bottle of descaler to the solution that was already in the pot and let it boil again. Then I let it sit for about an hour and then used a bottle brush to scrub in the bottom around the heating element. The results were decent and on par with the name-brand cleaner.There was no smell after boiling clean water and rinsing. This was very easy to use and it should work well in your Keurig even where you can’t see it working.My Keurig is 5+ years old and still works perfectly every day at the office. I use a descaler twice per year, and I believe this is the key to the longevity of my Keurig.Great product I reccomend it.

I have owned Keurig coffee machines for many years and have regularly descaled them every 4 months using Keurig products. I purchased a new machine a year ago, and after two months of use, the descale light came on. I thought that was odd since I only use filtered water in the machine and never had the descale light illuminate on any of my other units. Two months later, the light popped on again. Yet another two months later, the light shone again. This cycle has repeated for the entire year I have owned the machine. I have come to believe it was programmed by Keurig to light up after a set number of brew cycles in an effort to juice sales of their cleaning products. That, coupled with the fact that the Keurig descaling solution has dramatically increased in price over the past two years, had me looking for other alternatives.This Roobi kit is a great value compared to other cleaning sets currently on the market. It is currently selling for $26.99, and it includes a full bottle of solution, (6) charcoal filters, (12) cleaning tablets, and a reusable filter basket. Considering that all these products are multi-use, you end up saving quite a bit of money when you buy this kit as opposed to each item individually.Everything is very easy to use, despite the instructions being a little confusing. On the back of the box, it states to use a half bottle of the descaling solution every three months. Then, directly underneath that, it tells you to use only 1/4 of the bottle and does not give a time frame. I chose to use only a 1/4 of the solution (you mix it with water in the water carafe) and the cleaning results were sufficient. Beyond that, the remaining instructions are very similar to those that come with the Keurig machine itself. I know I mentioned value above, but to reinforce that, the bottle is 16.9oz, so if you only use 1/4 of it a session, it will last for four cleaning cycles. The cleaning tablets and charcoal filters have straightforward directions and both seem to work effectively. I don't have a need for the reusable filter basket, so I can't comment on that.One other thing worth noting is that the set I received was in less than stellar condition upon arrival. The roobi box was completely open at both ends and the bottle of solution was protruding out of the top. It looked like it was a returned item -- all the items appeared to have been hastily shoved in the box and the box itself was quite beat up looking. Not a big deal considering this is a cleaning item, but still, rather odd.

My thought on Keurig is all the implemented safeguards it has inside to warn and force someone to clean and take care of it "properly" cause it to break far more often than if nothing like it were to occur.This product works well and is intuitive and easy. It hasn't caused damage, but one must know that it isn't fun if you accidentally touch it and to make sure the product is removed well enough before consuming anything that has held it.Overall, it's useful, but the homemade cleaner worked decently enough as well, just took more time. What would be great is if this could somehow make the Keurig act a bit more sturdy within.

I was happy to find this descaling solution on Amazon. I simply followed the directions found in the user’s manual of my coffee maker. It took about 45 minutes total. Great price for enough solution to descale my unit four times!

I used this Roobi descaling solution to clean my Keurig K-Elite machine and it worked just as described.Before I used the solution, I could tell that the coffee coming out of my Keurig wasn't pouring out like it should ... the stream was fragmented. However, I could see that after I used this solution & cleaner, the coffee seemed to be more evenly streamlined when it poured into my cup.One of the biggest pros about this particular solution is that you can get two cleaning cycles out of one bottle. So, if you clean your machine every 3 months, you're set for the year because you get two bottles in one box.An affordable option for cleaning your Keurig ... and one where you can see instant results.

It's only been about 3 months since I last cleaned my Keurig Vue using vinegar and water, so I was stunned by how much gunk this Roobi Descaling Solution removed! Despite only using R/O filtered water in my machine, the water that came out of the machine after adding this cleaning solution was dark and had lots of grounds in it - and it took about a tank and a half before it ran clear. I honestly think this solution did a better job at cleaning my coffee maker than using half vinegar & half water did. You get two bottles of solution in this kit, which is enough to clean your coffee maker four times, and it's simple to use. Just add 1/2 a bottle to the tank, fill the tank with water and run it through, then rinse, and run two tanks worth of fresh water to clean the residual solution out. It's a bit difficult to judge when you've poured a half a bottle out though, so I measured it out rather than poured from the bottle. You'll be happy with how much better the coffee tastes after you clean your machine!

Hard to know exactly if it's working... but I know we need something like this. We recently moved to a house with hard water and white mineral deposits are showing on all the surfaces. I figured I'd need something for my Keurig to descale it and was happy to find this. It was very easy to use.

This is a nice bundle at a decent price and the fact this actually 4 applications it makes it well worth it. I never had a espresso machine til recently and was amazed how not cleaning it right can make a difference in flavor. So I followed all the instructions which you will have to pay attention to making sure you get all the residue from this out of your machine before using it again. Its a long drawn out process but luckily it says you just need to do it every 2 months or so. So technically that makes this like a 8 months worth of descaler to use in any coffee maker and espresso. I know it says for Keurig but I know it works for my nespresso machine as well.

This descaler 2-pack is a year's supply of descaling solution at a reasonable price.The active ingredient is the same as that of the "other" brand and works just as well. The product is packaged in a box containing 2 bottles (1/2 bottle per descaling recommended every 90 days or more if heavy use). The instructions are clear and easy to follow. In my opinion, the descaling is the deeper cleaning that really does help keep beverages tasting fresh.There is no overpowering smell to the product.

This is a good product for descaling your Keurig coffee machine.

Do something to keep your Keurig running smoothly. Comes with instructions and makes the process easy. Would recommend. On sale price is reasonable.

I was very surprised to see only one bottle of the two was labeled. That seems dangerous as once you use and discard the first bottle in a few months you will have the second bottle sitting in your cabinet not labeled. That is not a safe situation. I filled up the water container and it filled with bubbles almost halfway up even though I added the water gently and very slowly. It took a long time to finally fill it up. If you look at the photos I took it will show both issues. Not too pleased with this product for both those reasons.

I ordered this descaler as I know the Keurig coffee machines require descaling periodically to keep the machine operating properly. Regular cleaning does not substitute for proper descaling, so don't skip this process! Descaling removes the minerals found in hard water (called "scale") that attach to and crystallize on your coffee machine (those minerals can mess up its operation and taste). I'm grateful that this descaler product comes with two bottles (for multiple descaling times) and instructions on the back of the box. It does include referring to the manufacturer's instructions for the actual process (so refer to your manual or look online if not sure of descaling steps for your machine). I like that this product is odorless and it won't cause weird tastes to your coffee. The main ingredient is citric acid. I appreciate that the ingredients are plant-based and vegan.
