More soapy texture just by adding water to it, compared to my other descaler. Don't know if that's better or worse. It is odorless and there is no aftertaste after using it. Can't really tell actual result inside the machine without opening it. Tried leaving some in an old glass with some water scale on it for a while, and not seeing much of, if any difference, but that is not what this product is advertised for.

Used this on a K Cup machine and it worked just fine - just stick to the dilution proportions listed.Its supposed to be (more or less) Citric Acid and fully biodegradable.After treatment, remember to run your machine through a few cycles of clear or distilled water before drinking.

I really like this descaling solution. Main reason being that it comes in a liquid form, so there is no dissolving of powder or tablets involved.The instructions are clearly stated on the box, but basically you just pour half of the bottle of the solution and fill the rest of the tank with clean water.There is no detectable smell, and after the process is completed, you will have a great, fresh tasting coffee.Usually your Breville machine will prompt you to descale, but it’s good practice to run the solution through your machine at least three or four times a year to avoid the unwanted build-up of scale, coffee residue and harmful bacteria.

I don't own Breville coffee maker; however, I own a Spinn Coffee Maker. Spinn recommends a different descaler I used in the past; however, it had a noticeable scent. Roobi Descaler Solution is odorless, so I did not have to worry about any aftertaste in my first cups of coffee. Roobi Descaler effectively descaled my coffee maker. I highly recommend it!

The product descales my Breville espresso machine.I'm not sure what a "vegan" descaler actually is, but it seems to work. When running the descaler cycle, the light goes off, and I can continue using my machine.It seems to work, but how would one know how effective this is over another product?A good price point for what you get.

Estaba apunto de tirar mi cafetera x que se Tapout el ducto de agua, pense que este seria solo un intento mas de limpiarla! En cuanto me llego el producto lo probe y ... si funciono!!

Por ahora van funcionando bien, lo que no se es si son buenos o no, ya que no puedo mirar dentro de mi cafetera. Asumo que tienen un buen funcionamiento, y por ahora no han estropeado ninguna pieza de la cafetera y parece que la cafetera sigue funcionando perfectamente.

I live in a hard water area... descaling is super important to keep your coffee machine free of the calcium, lime and other mineral build up. Easy to use, just follow the directions in your coffee maker manual. I use this on my DeLonghi espresso machine as well even though they have their own descaling product. Just be sure to go through the entire rinse cycle before using your machine again because YUKKY coffee... I mean just YUK if you leave that citrus acid behind.

Breville espresso machines are very good at keeping themselves clean by asking the user to "Empty Me" or "Clean/Descale" from time to time. I have to lookup the process to descale online every single time... because clean/flush is a different set of buttons... and... every three months, the "Clean/Descale" light comes on. This Descaling solution is good for an entire year (half bottle every three months) so it saves me one step: thoroughly dissolving the powder in water... instead.. this is a solution... it's clear and doesn't have much of an odor.My machine is the Barista and it's the one featured in the cover of this descaler. That's always reassuring that the product I buy is made for the machine I have.It comes with two bottles and the instructions say to use half a bottle, which I had to use a measuring cup to make sure I had it right.The process of descaling takes about 15-20 minutes from beginning to end. And I also took the opportunity to clean the outside of the machine.Once I was done, the clean light was off.... and I did one final flush of water to make sure the machine is squeaky clean... till the at least three months from now...

Used it for the first time last week. Very straight forward with seeming good results. There is no after taser and I’m pleased it is all ecologically sound ingredients.
