1st This descaling solution cleaning product does NOT have user Manuel direction instructions; anyway here’s the breakdown; Pro; this descaling advertise it’s able to use on all Delonghi espresso coffee machine; I needed for my Delonghi espresso machine.Con 1; as stated; it does NOT provide any user direction instructions, ( this is one of the few times thst I really thankful we have U tube, I had to do through one of those video provided by Delonghi. And other user, took about 4-5 hours to absorbed all those detail / info.Con 2; after pour into the water tank, when and after added water saw a lot of bubbles folding on top, ( did not see thst on other’s when they show they were doing the same thing, therefore I am not able to tell if those liquid solution is defeated or expired, nevertheless I continue to descale until the end, but turns out ran needed a new filter every time i descale, ( already ordered from Amazon ),My main issue is; NO instructions, NO user direction. This clearly shows Seller manufacturers are too busy making the product and yet didn’t care about the after sell; cusumer, customer might not be able to use the product or not able to use it correctly. Therefore I would not said this product work well, not sure how long it will last as I do msje a lot of coffee, espresso daily, did not have any scent; no smell, clear color, I would said the product quality is two star the most, price were about $10.00 more than other brand, ( when I order / buy stuff I never care about the price I just wanted something that’s in good / great quality!!!! But this is definitely NOT in my option ),This is one of those review I will definitely update later about one to two months; the rating will either go up or down depends on the experience for the period of time.
