Do I still need fabric softener?
No. The beads are a scent booster, not a softener, and they are what carries the Linen Breeze through the wash. Softener coats the fibres, which is the opposite of what you want on towels.
How much of each do I use?
One sheet per normal load, two for a very full or very dirty one. The beads go straight into the drum before the clothes, and the amount is up to you: Roobi suggests starting at half a cap, since how strong you want it is personal.
Does it work in cold water?
Yes. Roobi states that both the sheets and the beads dissolve instantly in hot and cold water, and that the beads suit standard and high efficiency machines alike. Put the beads in the empty drum first, then the clothes on top.
Will it work in my machine?
Yes, standard and HE, front loader and top loader. The sheet goes in with the clothes, not in the detergent drawer.
Which bead size should I pick?
The 200g is the one to start with if you are trying the scent. The 500g is the better value per gram once you know you like it.
Is it gentle on sensitive skin?
Roobi formulates the sheets without harsh chemicals and calls them allergy friendly, made to leave no irritation or rashes even for sensitive users. The formula is 100% vegan.
