This product worked well to descale and clean. The whole process took about 20 minutes, which included flushing with water twice. My only complaint is that I was missing a tab to clean. So I'll only get 5 washes instead of 6 for the capsule area.

I have used this product once and I can tell you it’s very very reliable. It never left a bitter weird taste in my machine and it cleaned it out super super well

This in fact made my coffee taste different in a good way! It cleaned my machine through and through. What I like about this product is that it is vegan and does not ruin your countertops like what I read about if you buy the Nespresso brand.

This simply did not work. In theory there should be enough product for two treatments.Problem is even after two descaling sessions still no change to light indicator.Cost was around 30 bucks.Amazon offered be 10$ credit.Told them to keep it.Customer services should be delivering what the customer needs.This did not work. Amazon can pound sand. The manufacturer has remained silent.Amazon has done well with returns but in this case nothing to return but empty overpriced bottle

I think I waited a little bit too long to clean it. It was so dirty. I ran it through five times and it was still cloudy. I’ll have to do that or maintenance but great product.

This kit is good for 2 de-scalings (about 1 every 3 months) and 12 cleanings in-between. It probably should come with more descaling or less cleaning because the numbers don’t add up. The directions are easy to follow, but they are on the box (not the bottle), so make sure to keep the box.

This cleaning set is made up of two portions. The cleaner in the bottle is a type of citric acid, and the tablets are sodium carbonate, kind of like baking soda but a different compound and it's used in manufacturing and soaps. Cleaning the coffee maker requires half the bottle, so it will last for two 3-month cleanings, or six months. The six tablets are to use in the pod, one per month, to keep things tidy where the coffee comes out.My coffee maker tells me when it needs a cleaning and shuts down if I don't clean it. When it does I will use this and report back if it isn't great. From research into the cleaning method and the chemicals, however, I expect it to work fine with my coffee maker.

I've rarely cleaned my Vertuo, mostly because I can't stand the smell of vinegar when cleaning with it, It's too overwhelming a smell for me. Usually my fiance will remember to run vinegar through it but we both forgot more often than not so the Vertuo hasn't had a deep cleaning in awhile. I got this cleaning kit because it has enough cleaning solution to last 6 months and for the price, i had to get it. The instructions are super easy to follow as well.Liquid Solution Instructions:The tablets are used 1 time each month and the liquid solutions is 1 time every 3 months. With the Solutions, just pour half the bottle in the water tank and fill the rest with clean filtered water. Next, grab the biggest mug or heatproof container you have and just keep draining the water tank by making 'brews' until the solution has passed through the system. After the water/solution is all gone, just remove the water tank and give it a good rinse/clean to get rid of excess solution and then put it back and use the Vertuo as you normally would.Tablet Instructions:The kit comes with 6 tablets (1 per month) and a bright green pod bottom that the table goes in. To use it, just put the open green pod bottom in the Vertuo like you were going to make a brew and place one table inside of it. Close the lid and push brew. After the brew is done, the tablet should be gone. From here, remove the green pod bottom (clean and put away for next month) and then run a cleaning cycle (if you forget like me, just brew hot water a few times before making coffee again. That's it.Takeaway:I really like this kit. It's easy to use, lasts 6 months and is relatively affordable. I would recommend this and I would buy this again.

So, this is not as easy to use as we thought. However, it's not the tablets and pods, it's the process of the Nespresso machine itself. We had to YouTube it. We were finally able to figure it out, but it's not an easy 1-2-3 process. But it's a necessary process. It think it did a good job clean the machine. You can see the left-over residue come out. It's a good value. I recommend it.

Since I wipe my Nespresso machine down every other day, I thought it was pretty clean... until now. The instructions are on the box, and I went online to figure out how to trigger the descaling process. I'm shocked by how many coffee grounds get stuck in places that I've never been able to clean by simply wiping it down.

I picked this descaling cleaning kit up for my Nespresso Breville machine! The instructions were very easy to follow and I love the fact that it comes with its own reusable pod to put tablets in to clean on a monthly basis. The kit is also nice looking aesthetically which doesn't really matter but it's a nice touch. What matters most and it does wonderfully is it does the scale minus brussel very well and now I have once again a clean espresso machine that is ready to brew up my espressos beautifully as always and tastefully as they should be! Overall, this is a good choice to descale your Nespresso machine and have it extend the life of it!

worked great instant results! We have an espresso machine that has never been cleaned before, I didn’t realize how slow the water was coming out of the spout until after we cleaned the machine. After using the Roobi cleaning kit I noticed a significant difference on how quickly the water was coming out of the spout! I did notice kind of a bitter taste after cleaning and renting the machine so we rinsed it a few more times and ran through another full canister of water. The kit comes with everything. You need an easy to follow instructions. I would definitely recommend and use this product again.

Was very happy to find this kit for cleaning my espresso machine. The combination of citric acid liquid and baking soda tablet have my machine cleaner than it’s ever been. I’ve been using just citric acid or vinegar for awhile and while getting it pretty clean, it didn’t feel complete. Now, with the sodium carbonate (baking soda) tablet cleaning through the reusable capsule, it feels like the unit is getting cleaned from the inside out. I’ve even used the descaling solution (citric acid) in my electric coffee maker and it does a great job. I'm happy.

My Nespresso Vertuo machine is not due for descaling yet, so I will update my review when the time comes. This set comes with all you need to do the job. Time will tell if it works well.

This was super helpful because I haven’t cleaned our Nespresso Vertuoline since we purchased it years ago. I do notice that sometimes when I make coffee I get little bits of coffee grinds inside. This kit helps with that because not only does it descale, it also forces you to run several sessions of self cleaning modes to do so.This kit comes with one bottle of descaling solution, a reusable cup, and 4 cleaning tablets. You can use the tablets 4x but the descaling bottle instructions asks you to use half the bottle each time. Therefore, you only get two descaling sessions per box. This was a bit disappointing as I was hoping for a little more. However it does seem to work well as my Nespresso machine seems to run smoother afterwards. Finally going through this process also taught me the important e of maintenance and I learned all of the cleaning modes of this machine so that I will do it more regularly.
